As your officiant, I’ll work with you to create a beautifully personal ceremony for you and your partner.

My goal is to truly get to know all of my clients and help them to feel at ease on their wedding day. I have always felt that ease and comfort stem from a place of trust and feeling secure. By getting to know my couples, I am able to build trust and provide comfort with them knowing that I have their ceremony well in hand and it will be exactly what they want it to be. Each fully-custom ceremony I perform is tailored specifically to the couple. Every ceremony is unique, as every marriage is. Every couple has their own love story, and I relish including bits and pieces of that story in the weddings I officiate.

How do I achieve this? It all starts with getting to know you! We’ll have an initial consultation  where I get to meet you and learn about your joined histories and what you envision for your wedding day. We’ll discuss what type of vows you want and what special elements you’d like to include in your ceremony. From there, we’ll tackle more fun stuff with some homework. I’ll send you a questionnaire that will help fill me in on all of the tiny details that we’ll want to include in your ceremony text --- everything from how you met, how you got engaged, how you feel about each other, etc. From there, I’ll develop the text of what will be said in front of your gathered loved ones on your wedding day.
